The mode of export will depend on the type of items or topics, as well as on the purpose of the transfer (e.g. reading, editing, importing to other apps, etc.).

In the professional mode, see the File : Export menu. Try one of the export options to see which one is most suitable: Q&A, XML, Document or HTML.
