There are many possible reasons. To quickly arrive at the answer, you would need to provide some more details such as:

• which version of SuperMemo you are trying to download
• from which supermemo server (supermemo.com, supermemo.org, yahoo, etc.)
• using which method (FTP, HTTP or SuperMemo installer)
• what problem stops you from completing the download (e.g. what error message occurs, or at which place the download gets interrupted, etc.)

The most frequent download problems are:

• firewall
• wrongly configured browser
• transmission errors (bad Internet connection)
• corrupt files (e.g. SuperMemo installer)
• server access problems (esp. with older installer for SuperMemo for Windows)
