Multimedia SuperMemo

Multimedia SuperMemo is a simple and user-friendly mutation of SuperMemo for Windows. It has been developed solely for CD-ROM and DVD title releases. See: Extreme English DVD for a recent example.

SuperMemo UX

As of December 2006, Multimedia SuperMemo will be terminated and replaced with SuperMemo UX.

Compatibility with SuperMemo 2004

Although Multimedia SuperMemo and SuperMemo for Windows attempt to retain compatibility, many features are supported only by one platform. For example, you can open Multimedia SuperMemo collections in SuperMemo 2004, but you may lose some scripting functionality or voice recognition functions. On the other hand, Multimedia SuperMemo does not support incremental reading.
