I bought SuperMemo 2006 (in 2009), but never received the password to unlock it. My order number was 20421. I have used up the 100 credits and am now locked out of my collection! Please respond ASAP (kai1xin1(AT)hotmail(DOT)com), thank you! - Chen Zhao, 5/1/2010

Your instructions will be resent asap (possibly only after the weekend). If you do not receive any mail by late Monday, you can be sure that these are hotmail spam filters. Please see your junk mail or write to shop(AT)supermemo(DOT)com with an alternative e-mail address. In a separate e-mail, you will also receive an apology for this situation. It often happens that only the commercial mail gets filtered, while the apology passes through. Thank you.

I have been waiting about 6 months for and unlock password email to arrive. PLEASE - send me something that indicates you at least got my email. I actually paid for this product - now I want to register it and use it with all it's supposed capabilities

The most frequent reason for such problems are spam filters (esp. at @yahoo.com and @gmail.com free e-mail addresses). In most cases we do receive your complaints and attempt to resend the instructions to all e-mail addresses on the file. If this fails, we attempt a contact by phone (if you listed one in your order). If you do not get an answer in 2-3 attempts, you would do best by providing an alternative e-mail address.
You can also edit the field below to send a message in cases when messages sent to @supermemo.com bounce back for some reason.
Remember to add shop@, help@, and moni@ addresses to your spam whitelist.
Please note also that questions that have already been answered in the documentation receive lower priority and may take longer to be processed. See: No response from the tech support for days
